Receipt capture and QuickBooks Online reconciliation for businesses that spend on company credit cards.

What it does

  • Employees photograph expense receipts from their phone.
  • The merchant, date, total, and tax are read from the image automatically, so nothing has to be typed in.
  • Each receipt is matched to the corresponding credit-card transaction in QuickBooks Online, and the image is attached to that record for the bookkeeper.
  • Anyone with an unmatched receipt or an unaccounted-for charge is reminded until it is resolved.

Who it is for

QB Expense Trackingis provided to businesses under agreement. There is no public sign-up: access requires a Google Workspace account on a domain that the customer’s administrator has registered with us.

How we use your Google account

Signing in with Google confirms who you are and which organization you belong to. We request only your name, email address, and Workspace domain. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or Contacts, and we never use your data for advertising. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
